Overall

I've friend this company far too many times for the service they give. 3 out of the last 4 times I've called for a cab they haven't even shown up. I've waited over 30 minutes twice, neither time did anyone show up, nor did they say it'd take that long. They aren't truthful, are completely unreliable, and IF you even get picked up, they are rude. Go to another company for a ride, save yourself.

Horrible Horrible cab driver... rude obnoxious took us for double the going rate.. stated he had no change for a twenty dollar bill.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Terrible cab company.

From the get-go when I called to get a cab the lady on the line was very rude to me. After waiting an hour, and her story changing several times about when she actually sent the cab out, she proceeded to tell us maybe we should call another cab company and wait another hour. My boyfriend and I are both extremely late to work. Never call Quik Cab they suck

Overall

Terrible. Terrible service. Racist, drunk, perverted drivers. Every single one fits into one of those categories. Sexually harrassed by Geno all the time, one guy in the am very racist towards different cultures, very open about it. When I call and try to put in a complaint George doesn't do anything about it. this cab company needs to be shut down.

Overall

They didn't show up and I was soaked in the freezing rain, After 1 hour, I borrowed a phone and called them. "It will be there in just a minute." 20 minutes later, I struggled to walk home.



I am disabled and must use a cane. And I had called several hours in advance to reserve this cab. NEVER, EVER AGAIN!
