I think the younger girls aren't as helpful as the older Ladies there. Just saying !1 also have called there several times and no one has answered the phone. I almost gave up today but let it ring until someone did pick up. Now I am going to wait until she calls me back ... lets see how this works out for me. She is a younger girl.I do want to say I love their bras .

This place was great and always is. The only down fall is that there is barely any room in the store to walk around. Everything is so crammed, but I can deal with this considering everything else is amazing. They sure do blow most boutiques out of the water with their great selection and spectacular service. The ladies who work there, always show me a good time!

I am a man so writing a review for a lingerie store is weird, but I've had such a good experience the past 4-5 times I've been in that I felt it was necessary. There is a lot I could say, but what it comes down to is that the woman in there know their stuff, they were patient with me, and were driven to find me exactly what I needed every time. They are consistent and make your shopping experience simple and fun. My girlfriend will only shop there when it comes to lingerie because they have "the best" quality merchandise. I give this business 5 stars because of the exceptional service I receive every time I go. I have never felt entirely comfortable in my bra's so the women who owns the store measured me and helped me find some that felt great! And when she did not have the proper size in a style I really enjoyed she ordered it for me and had it shipped to my house for free! She also gave me a discount and was very good company throughout the time I spent there. On top of all that, she spent a lot of time with me and did not make me feel pressured into buying something like we all know some sales people do. Now if this isn't great customer service, I don't know what is. They have items that are very sexy to very comfortable and I would suggest that anyone go there with an open mind and they will be blown away with what they find. I have noticed that a few of the girls that work there do not service you as good as the owner, but if you ask for the owner you will never be disappointed!

The atmosphere of the store was a little out of date but the bra's and underwear were of great quality. I would actually recommend going here rather than Victoria's Secret or a department store because of the great service I received. I cannot believe I never knew about this store prior to my trip there recently but will be sure to go back when I am in town again.

I was first introduced to this shop when I was nursing, but they did not have many items that caught my eye. I recently went back to the store and it has made a huge turn around. I was blown away by the new stuff they had in stock and was unable to leave without many items in hand. Their stuff is now more hip and sexier than ever but is still great quality. I now go there whenever I am in the area and they have yet to disappoint me with what they have.

The first sales woman was very helpful in helping me pick out 2 bras for a wedding I was recently in. With the dress still being altered I bought both and was told I could return the one I didn't want. When I went back with my receipt and the tags still on the bra the woman was very rude told me she would not take it back and after a while I was only able to get a store credit. This store's merchandise was not good enough to stand their bad manners and I will not be back in the future.
