        We purchased a filter system for our pool and when we got home we found it was broken due to shipping. We called the store back and the guy working said bring it back and he would exchange it. When we got there, the other guy told us that he could not exchange it because someone was supposed to be coming the next day to purchase the only one he had left in stock, so he could only order us one or give us a refund. Their attitude after the sale was terrible and we were told that it didn't matter if they lost a customer because they had made plenty of money this year already.

        Pretty funny only work on Pools they sell,guess I'll start buying all my chemical stuff somewhere that I doesn't matter we're the pool was bought its a pool and this is a so called pool place ...lol maybe not

        WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.....I purchased a pool May, July....still no pool. Worse, the owner will not return my calls. I went by store and owner left...UNBELIEVEABLE. All I want is a FULL REFUND or MY POOL. I had to cancel my daughter's pool party and a deck company I had coming to build a deck all because they had someone spend more money than me, so they pushed me out 2 weeks. I am telling you STAY AWAY from this company.

        EASY - FUN - AFFORDABLE!!!!

        We LOVE our pool!!!!! Dixon Pools did an outstanding, professional job on our pool! Their staff on site and in their store have been extremely helpful. We had put off building a pool for so long, but once we found them, we realized that we could afford it - AND WE'RE SO GLAD WE DID! Our pool is so easy to take care of! I use it for water aerobics, my husband likes it to cool off after mowing the yard, and our children can't get enough of it. We have become closer as a family. Thanks Tommy and Pat! We were referred by a friend and will continue to pass along that referral!
