        Terrible Service

        I gave this one star only because I had to! My family and I visited Brixx today 8-12-12 around 2:30. We walked in and stood there for about 5 mins before anyone even addressed us! Several workers walking around and others were ringing up tickets. At that point no one ever said we will be right with you or anything! Finally a young lady took us to our seats. We asked to be seated outside. We waited about 10-15 minutes and no one even came to take our drink order. When we left I did share with the gentleman behind the bar that I was highly dissatisfied with the service or lack of. He did apologize. I will not recommend Brixx to anyone and will have my friends and family boycottG from now on! Shame on you Brixx!
