Good in some aspects, needs MUCH improvement on others
I've been getting my hair done there for literally A DECADE and the main point is to find the stylist that works for you. I see Tracy and she is AMAZING... I never leave that place without being 200% satisfied with my hair and I am constantly getting compliments on her work. She is GREAT.
The place is cool, hip, trendy, however as always the receptionists are not very nice or very professional. (Somewhere in their minds they must think that being a part of Trio means being related to Tom Ford???) From my experience, those who have been going to Trio for some time, do so for their own stylist and not so much because Trio is just this grand place that you MUST be a part of. In all honesty, they do their best to make you feel TOTALLY unwelcome... yes, they do need a crash course on manners and remembering that they are on the map because of their staff AND loyal customers.
I have referred many people to Tracy however, if you are late to an appointment, you might as well forget about having a good experience... they will treat you like a leper and treat you as if you basically threatened to bomb the place... Bottom line: don't be late!!!
Main points: they have talent under that roof, and the motivating factor is to continue to see YOUR stylist.
The place is cool, clean and very nice, but the rest of the staff is less than stellar, have uncalled-for superiority complexes and delusions of grandeur.
