Prime Time is definitely the best club in the area. I've been to 24hour fitness and it definitely does not compare to this club. Membership fees are a bit pricey but worth it for what you're getting. They have 6 lockers rooms ( 3 for men & 3 for women) a huge cardio room with many machines so you never need to wait, free weights, two pools and even an indoor basketball court. What's great is that you can bring your children with you and leave them in the childcare while you work out. Also, I'd have to disagree with one of the previous comments. I find the staff to be quite attentive and helpful. Sure, it takes a while for a manager to respond but with a club as big as this, I understand that they might be busy. Overall, I would definitely recommend this club to anyone in the area.

joined 3 times-finally i gave up...always black hairs in showers, members 'cleaning' their noses in showers, hot tub unusable from too much clorine and women without bathing suits stretching and doing tai chi too close to me for comfort.

Be warned, this place is so mismanaged and run by individuals that know nothing about customer service. Not in their vocabulary! Don't even look for the suggestion box because they claim the have gone ""Green"" and done away with it! It is probably overflowing with gripes and suggestions and don't want to read it anyway! For new prospective members, they will smile and give you all kinds of sweet talk but once you commit to join, you will find those same individuals ignoring you like you never existed! Talk to some of the members and you will see that what I am telling you is not garbage. They will tell you the truth and it is not positive! Want to bring in a guest? Cough up a ridiculous $25 and nothing is complimentary. The toilet area stinks and if you ever have the tour, go through the hot tub area, the chlorine is enough to shorten your life let alone remove all the hair off of a person's body! Don't eat there either because with the amount of customers patronizing their cafe which amounts of virtually none, you don't know how old the food is. Take a look and you will see for yourself. Want to really see how problems or suggestions are really handled? Ask for the owner or general manager that you have a problem with something? They will tell you to either put up with it or quit! This review is the writing on the wall for you to decide whether you want to join this club or not! Don't be fooled and check out the other clubs in the area if you really want to enjoy your club in a friendly atmosphere. If you are into pain and sadistic, you may want to consider this place. If a Club Sport or another high end club comes into the area, I assure you that this place will go vacant in a flash! Members just tolerate the situation but tolerance has its breaking point! The writing is on the wall too for the owner and incompetent management staff!

June 29, 2007\r Dear Prime Time,\r \r I am writing to you as a parent of one of the little girls that were not allowed to perform their song at the end of Camp during the first session. \r \r No one ever said being a parent was easy, but it tore us apart watching our child and her friends crying on the stage after the mishandling of the event by the teenagers running it. The only adult in charge already knows our feelings, and offered nothing satisfactory. \r \r Never mind that this is one of the more expensive camps in the area, and one would expect a few experienced adults there that know how to handle these situations. Experienced adults are not in a hurry to just finish up the camp show so they can move on with the rest of their Friday night plans.\r \r I wish I could say that it will be forgotten. But even if I asked my child to return for another session, I know she'd refuse - her last memory of the camp is her in tears with her friends. \r \r My family was also considering joining Prime Time. I know your club is separate from the camp - but now\r every time I would go there, I'll be reminded of this heartbreaking incident for our daughter. Who needs\r that?\r -----------------\r Mrs. XXXX, Burlingame, CA

Wonderful, clean, well-maintained facilities. Never crowded- you can always get right on to a machine. You largely workout unsupervised as there seem to be no trainers on the floor except those helping someone in a personal training appointment.\r The kids working the front desk could take some customer service training (apparently they haven't gotten any) as they are usually very surly and rarely seem glad to be there. This is probably more a reflection on their supervisor than on them.
