I have taken my car here for oil changes and repairs several times. They always have friendly and helpful staff.

They're only good until you bought the car!! If you have any issues with the car, your issues will fall on deaf ears. When our windshield cracked on our new car due to installation issues, the salesman that helped us buy the car was of no help. Buy here at your own risk. Terrible customer service.

After finding the car I wanted, and the fair price I knew I should pay, I was more than disheartened after going to three dealerships and finding them unwilling to negotiate. The salesman at Mike Harvey Acura not only met me at the price of the car I wanted, also giving me extremely generous terms on my trade, they set me up in a rental car while my new car shipped to the dealership! They gave me great financing terms and made car shopping a pleasure instead of a haggle, hassle, bs-fest. I highly recommend you try this dealership first instead of as a last resort. You will save yourself a lot of frustration, and drive away very satisfied.

The best part of being there was meeting the owner, who was busy helping the admins and techs set up! What a nice and hilariously funny gentleman, who was sincere, likeable and down to earth!

Highly professional staff!! They offered a deal on a car they had unlike other dealers who were promising deals even without the car. No games, hassle free approach to their deals. Most importantly, extremely friendly staff, great customer service and no-game deals.

Having come here a number of times over the years for routine oil changes, I have to say that the staff and service have been consistently exceptional throughout the years and counting of ownership of my RSX (which was purchased here). The waiting area is great with coffee/tea, pastries, TV, and internet.

He was very professional and told me exactly what I needed to be done on my car. I would have to say that he was the best service person I have dealt with in a very long time.

The car I got is dashing. I love how it rides and the inside is wonderfully smooth. I always wanted a leather seat car and plus it's the one I been wanting for a little while now. The budget was a little out of my price range but they worked with what I had because I was paying cash upfront no payment plans or anything. Thanks guys for everything.

I took my Honda Pilot into the shop at Mike Harvey to have my 3 month service. I was told that it would take a day to do the work cause they were behind from the day before. I dropped it off around 7 in the morning and at about 11:30 they called me and told me they were done. I couldn't believe how fast to turned out to be. I am so happy it worked out so well.

If you want to buy a car, this is the place to do it. I have never been to a car dealer that treats you like your a person and not like a dollar sign. With that being said they still gave me an amazing deal. The entire process was smooth. I highly recommend Mike Harvey Acura.

This dealer is a joke. Prices his cars well over KBB value & then try's to convince you that your getting a good deal. Spent close to 6+ hours with this clown & only to find out he's not willing to go the extra mile to help you get into a car for a reasonable price! In fact, being this is a "family owned" business he's more concerned about his family then yours! Buyer Beware, this place is full of "x cons".
