- Dr. Anthony Ferrera, a long time Peninsula resident, graduated from Burlingame High School in 1999. He obtained a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology from San Diego State University in 2003. Upon completion, he returned to San Francisco and received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in 2007. Dr. Ferrera is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), California Dental Association (CDA), San Mateo County Dental Society (SMCDS), American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM), and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM). Dr. Ferrera is committed to each patient’s long term care. His scope of practice includes general preventative care, cosmetic dentistry, sports dentistry, conscious sedation dentistry and sleep apnea care. He strives for innovative care; therefore he attends continuing education courses annually to ensure he provides the best dental treatments for all his patients.

Provided by Doctor.comI have been coming to Dr. Ferrera for many years. The staff is friendly and experienced. Dr. Ferrera is the best dentist I have had. He is super knowledgeable and always ensures that I am comfortable and pain-free for every procedure. I would not trust anyone else with my dental care.

Provided by Doctor.comYes! Easy! An odd word to use for sure but it's the perfect word to describe my visit. Everything from the appointment scheduling to payment to the procedures itself were smooth and simple to understand. All fears about what I would be going through in the near future were pushed gently to the side. The procedure itself was painless and quick. Will be coming back to complete my treatment and will definitely return for further work if needed. Would recommend Dr. Anthony Ferrera to friends looking to get their smile pushed to perfection.
