        impeccable knowledge =unerring quality of service

        I am one of those unfortunates who frequents medical supply houses. Quite unexpectedly I found myself skulking about such places, hoping to find a professional who could

        give me the straight scoop on acquiring a wheelchair, and to navigate the shoals and cataracts invented by our medico-insurance "system" to hinder and/or prevent same.

        I had been previously scalded by several local medical stores-businesses devoted to the bottom line-ONLY, where

        one is pushed out the door with any ill-fitting item necessary to achieve a modicum of comfort. I had a really strong prejudice against these establishments, and wondered why scumbags seemed to be drawn to this area of commerce. By chance I found Richard and Mark at Bischoff''s and discovered that integrity and attention to customer needs do indeed inhabit these establishments-these guys prove it every time I visit or call with another tale of the 'run-around' by the insurance company and even the Dr.'s office personnel. I get set straight and ready to jump back into the fray by these imminently knowledgeable gents. Don't waste your energy-if you have a need in this line, call Bishoff's or Bay City (their new business name). In Burlingame.
