Flowers by Fran

Worst attitudes ever. Been there 2X and both times I left because of the owners attitude. I will never go back.

The 2nd and LAST time I have used this florist!! They are SO rude!! The owner would really benefit from a lesson in Customer Service! I have heard from many ppl in town about how rude she is... they were RIGHT! We asked for an elegant Prom set and she kept insisting that we didn't want that ? Well...we definitely did not get elegant! They take no pride in their workmanship at all! Fraying ribbon, hot glue strings everywhere, tattered flowers,wrist band was not trimmed and stuck out from under flowers, glitter added to boys flower(really?) Tacky all the way around! The nicest thing about the flowers... was the box it came in. I have been looking for a business to open in Burleson... Looks like we need a decent Florist!!!

Day of prom and corsage and boot by other florist was awful! Took it to flowers by Fran and they saved it and made it a worthy corsage and boot!!!! Will recommend highly!!!!!

Have used them for 13 years, sometimes 3 times a year. This year the arrangement I picked out on there website/and paid for/had delivered looked nothing like what my wife received. The website pic was real nice,the product received was totally different and looked thrown together. Might be time for a change of Florist.... And give someone one else "13" years of business.

The flowers are of good quality but customer service is HORRIBLE. Basically if you go in there knowing what you want you will leave with the exact opposite and feeling bad about yourself and, not knowing why. The owner, Fran is not willing to work with you AT ALL. She tells you what you want and what you will pay. The only nice one that works there is the young delivery girl but, on a few occasions i've heard the other "ladies" yelling at her to do this and that like she's Cinderella. I couldn't care less if Fran has been in business for 100 years, she has aparently never been taught about customer service. The CUSTOMER is ALWAYS RIGHT.
