    Bad Customer Service

    I've been goin to this Walgreens Pharmacy for about 5 years and never had a complaint until last night!! Went to fill an RX and the young lady who helped me, named Sapora, was extremely rude and disrespectful. I mentioned it to this Pharmacist and she just blew me off!! I am never returning to this pharmacy and I hope they improve there communication skills before it kills off more people than a plague!

    Walgreens - go somewhere else!

    Pharmacy customer service is a joke. I have a monthly prescription for a special insulin which they never stock. The standard answer when I try to refill is it will take 3-5 days. Not good if you are running low or happen to break your one vial. Now they can't match the number of syringes with the insulin dosage. They actually expected me to return in another 3-5 days to pick up the remainder. Bad, inattentive pharmacy workers who would rather joke about customers than work.
