In the short time this business has existed, the staff have managed to make FOUR billing errors with us. Once they billed us before they billed the insurance. Six months later we got a refund for the over payments. Once they sent a bill for my roommate to his son, who does have the same name, but not the same address. Once they also credited his son's account with a payment intended for my roommate's account. This prompted me to specify in the memo space that payment was for "Sr's" account. Then yesterday, I received a bill for a payment I made last month. According to my bank, it posted 15 days BEFORE the bill was made out. I don't know why the mistake happened because they're currently closed, but I am not happy with their billing practices. Dr. Mazurets is wonderful as a dentist and if there weren't billing issues, I'd give the business five stars.
