        Had a coupon for a 79 point check for $51.00. Took my car in this morning and it was ready to go by noon. They didn't "find" things wrong with it that would involve costly repairs, and I know the work they said they were going to do was in fact done (for instance I could tell that my tires had been rotated). The cost to me to drive the car away was $59.00 (taxes and haz mat fees were also included). I own two Honda's and for now they both will be serviced by Burien Japanese Auto.

        The lead tech, Levi Knoke is very customer service oriented. He helps out allot and gives advance to the customer what they need. He is a valuable employee at Burien Japanese. He does a great job with his work and takes pride in what he does and his customers.

        Extremely unsatisfied.

        I took in 2 of my cars for their 60K mile maintenance service into this shop. I've had nothing but problems with both cars. I paid close to $2K for both cars and now they want me to take the cars back to them so they can charge me even more money. On one car they told me that I was not going to be able to pick it up on time because they still had a few things to do but wanted to do every right and without pressure. I personally told them to take their time. I get a phone call right before they close that the car was ready. I was surprised because the guy told me there were too many things to do. Turns out that they most likely skipped on the oil change and who knows what else. DO NOT CHOOSE THESE GUYS
