Papa John's in Burbank always delivers me HOT, FRESH, YUMMY pizza! We LOVE the cheese bread with extra pizza sauce. They usually have good deals on their website so we can get a lot of food for a good price. The drivers are always smiling and friendly.

Good god, this place is horrible...Horrible service, just OK pizza.3 times this happened: I order and go to pick it up. They say it'll be a few minutes, it's not done. But in fact, my pizza is there, they just can't find it on the rack. So after making me wait for 20 minutes, they "find" the pizza (which is stone cold by now). Not even apologetic about it. I guess I'm the idiot because I've gone there 3 times and had the same thing happen to me. So a quick 20 minutes pizza pick up becomes a 45 minute ordeal. AVOID PAPA JOHNS in Burbank.
