Overall
Top Ramen tastes better and it...

Top Ramen tastes better and it's cheaper. Went here for my coworker to try their spicy ramen, but it was really bad. I had the salt broth and thought that it was pretty bland in flavor. It had slices of pork in it that were so thin I thought it was the fake stuff. There was green bell peppers in my ramen. WTH? Since when was green bell pepper an ingredient in ramen? It gave the broth a very unpleasant taste. We had to pay extra for egg and garlic, which is usually included at other ramen places.

Would definitely not go here again. My favorite is Yamadaya in Sherman Oaks/Culver City. It's worth the drive.

There's parking in structures near the restaurant or on the street in DT Burbank.

Overall
What a huge disappointment! It...

What a huge disappointment! It's one of the worst ramen I've ever tried in LA. I'm giving this place two stars instead of one because I did like that they have a spicy ramen challenge. My co-worker who loves spicy food tried the challenge (you have to eat a huge bowl of super spicy ramen within 30 minutes and if you finish it, you can win a t-shirt and your photo will be posted on the wall). He could not finish the bowl (not because it was too spicy for him but it tasted so bad that he did not want to eat it all) but it was fun.

If you like spicy food and want to try spicy ramen, this place might be okay for you, but if not, it's totally going to be a waste of money and your time to eat their ramen at this place. If you want to eat ramen, go to Jinya in Studio City or Daikokuya/Shinsengumi in Little Tokyo.

Overall
Much larger than the original ...

Much larger than the original Little Tokyo restaurant and can accommodate a large group of people. Same menu. Lots of public (paid) parking around.

There was no wait when we got there at right before noon and they were able to setup a table for 12 for us pretty quickly.

We ordered a bunch of appetizers along with a bowl of noodle each and a few pitchers of beer.

If you have not been here, this ramen place lets you customize your noodles -- 4 soup bases, 10 (I think) level of spiciness, and add all kinds of toppings. The basic ones come with vegetables and pork slices, but I love their shasu pork (different from the default one) and always add that as a topping. I normally order Salt soup base but tried Miso base today, and would have to say I do prefer Salt. And if spicy food is not your thing, stick with #4 or milder. #3 is pretty spicy.

There were vegetarians in our group and they can make any soup vegetarian - just be sure to let the server know. They also have many vegetarian topping options.

Service was good and relatively fast, but it took a long time for them to run our credit cards.

All in all, good experience and will probably come back to this one vs. the Little Tokyo location because there will prob be no wait.
