Attentive, friendly staff who take great care of you pooch. I have a very reluctant dog and the staff take her with confidence and her hair cut always looks great.

Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced!!! I gave specific instructions for the haircut I wanted my dog to have. When my husband picked him up it was not what we asked for. No problem though....most of it was fixed except his feet, which we like ultra short because he gets foxtails stuck in them (which was explained to them before hand). My husband didnt want to take up to much of their time since they were busy so I called to make another appointment for next week to trim his feet shorter. Everything was fine appt was set......Then I get a phone call 17 minutes later from Leslie who says she is the owner.....and she tells me off !!! She says it is all my husbands fault....we are horrible pet owners who left their dog their dog there 2 hours after he was ready, which is a complete lie !! He was suppose to be ready at 1:30....no one ever called and we didnt want to bug so we called at 2pm.....and they said they just finished him. My husband drove right over from Sunland. Leslie also said you get what you pay for ?? I informed her I would have paid $100 if that was their price since they did an awesome job 4 months prior. I dont set their prices, they do and we tipped well!! I will NEVER go back to this place. I informed her that I would be reviewing negatively on Yelp and she said go right ahead....tons of customers threaten the same thing !! SHAME ON YOU LESLIE FOR CALLING A CUSTOMER JUST TO TELL THEM OFF !!! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE !! RUDE !!!

Wow! I think I found the best groomers in Burbank! I brought my Bella toy poodle and got a up front cost of 45 over the phone and in person. My girl was embarrassing matted and tear stained when I got her back she look like a 100 dollar grooming. Her tears stains were gone her nails were properly done and short like I ask. She was happy and so am I. Also brought my yorkie same day I will write another review for her too.
