Loved my experience at Burbank Ashley furniture very helpful enjoyed my experience even bought more than I was expecting loved Shari who helped me with my purchases very helpful and patient.

absolutely disappointed the sevice is terrible and agents are very rude and discourteous even over the phone never come back.

Very bad experience with this store in burbank service is terrible, it took them 2 1/2 mo. To deliver part of my stuff, plus they never sent me the other part of it, but they charge the full amount to synchrony bank. Now am stuck with the full bill of $5000 plu $ 10000 i gave them at the store and without the rest of my furniture, i called synchrony to complain about it but they took there side, because they sen them a proof of the delivery wich we did receive and the contract we sign at the store, they both wack they are rip-offs, now asly is under a law-suit, and synchrony is not carring about what this big stores are doing to people. Can saome one tell me where else can i seek for help i dont think this is fair, please i need help

The worst place to buy furniture. The quality is very cheap. They brought our furniture today I didn't realize the drawer was broken as soon as the delivery people left I called the store and told them the drawer was broken and they said there is nothing they can do about it and the manager doesn't have time to talk to me. What kind of business does that. Please save your self and do not buy anything from this place. I will never ever buy from this place.

we just had a mirror delivered and installed by ashley. We bought the dresser and it arrived last week. The delivery driver/installer did a really bad job. First, the pieces of wood he used to attach the dresser to the mirror are white, and the dresser is dark. It looks odd, to say the least. Secondly, the wood screws he used to attach this large, heavy mirror to the dresser in my young son's room are way too short. Two of them have come loose already, leaving the entire left half of the mirror unsecured to the dresser. It could easily fall over. I am just grateful that I discovered this, as it could easily topple over and crush my son, or break into pieces and cut someone badly. I called customer service within 20 minutes of the truck's departure, and they want to know if tomorrow would be convenient for them to come deal with the shoddy and dangerous installation. I am not happy with the quality of work the installer did, and hopefully the mirror will conveniently last the night without toppling over and shattering. I took some pictures of the crappy installation, so if it does, we'll be prepared to do what comes next. I couldn't recommend ashley to anyone.

What a lovely place. It is so warm. They go out of their way to help you, Affordable prices. I have bought Ashley furniture for ten years. Love it!!

Buyer beware! Awful customer service... these folks are simply looking to make a commission. Terrible follow through from sales and management. I would not recommend this joint at all.
