I am really impressed by the amazing customer service. From scheduling with corporate (Rihanna and Jesse) to the personalized phone calls I received from their local office in Burbank (Tran) to receiving a phone call from the actual driver mover (Scott) completing the task I was blown away. They are polite friendly courteous efficient they know what they’re doing me know what you’re talking about especially when it comes to pricey and above all can offer immediate service same-day service.

I had a great experience with 1800-GOTJUNK. Nelson and his partner came and pack up all of my trash in less than 10 minutes with was amazing because I had a lot of trash. They were super friendly, professional, and helpful with the information they gave me in regards to 1800-GOTJUNK. I highly recommend using this service for all your junk needs!!!!!!

Friendly and up front cost. No issues and will use again. Yes higher rates than renting a huge dumpster but they did all the work and junk was moved out within 45 mins instead of having a dumpster in front of house for a week .

I was explained in detail the services and a breakdown of what was going to happen when my item. The team arrived within the servicing window. Would recommend or use again in the future.

The service was excellent, but the price was a little steep. Then again, everything is expensive in the era of Covid.

3 men arrived on time, loaded up all the items I had set aside for removal, and swept and cleaned up after they were finished. They were polite and helpful. I will call them again in the future when I need to clean out junk again.

Excellent experience all around. The team was courteous and professional. Eric kept me posted on their arrival time and gave me an estimate up front, but they were able to pack the truck so it actually cost less than expected.
