Sugar Sands Furry Family Hospital Pet Resort And Spa

3/2016 took sick Tuffy back to vet recommend Blood work. Told of 2 different ones, 1 for $100. other runs EVERYTHING for $240.00 did $240.00 told this is complete. went back for results told more $ on same blood they could run more test. complete is not complete. told me they would email results & NEVER did. Called 5 different times to have done even wrote email down on paper for them still did not get email of blood work & no calls. Now out $240& NEVER received what I pay for. To make matters worse they charged extra $10. over regular price of $39.00 for visit cause they fit me in. MY dog was sick, they sure know how to keep hurting a person when your baby is sick. Would have been compassion if JOE JARMUSZ called me back to work things out. Webpage he talks Compassion but does NOT show it. Shame on this place our babies are our love ones. If your furry baby is sick for their health DO NOT use this place. Calls are not return. and they have NO compassion.

I would like to Thank Dr. Kim and Her Staff, for taking care of our Lucy and helping us get thru a most difficult time today. It is so good to find a Veterinary Hospital that truly shows the caring for our pets that we want to see.

I cant say enough about Sugar Sands vet. I love them so much and I tell everyone about how awesome Dc Kim Pearson and her staff are. I thank you so much for taking care of my beautiful Rottie Zoie. She is doing great.
