While driving back to New Jersey, I got a blowout on I95 North. After changing the flat to the donut, I drove to a tire place to replace the destroyed rim and tire, however they did not have a rim in my size. The manager gave me the phone number and address of John's Auto Parts in Bunnell, but the place was closing, as it was almost 4:30. So, I spent the night in a hotel and went to John's the following morning. At first there was a discrepancy as to the availability of the rim, and that they didn't have what I needed. I started to panic a bit because I was already behind in my trip north and didn't want to spend another day, waiting. At one point I was referred to CARS in Daytona, and when I called them, didn't have what I needed. While on hold with CARS, the manager, Mark came out and told me that he hadied what I needed, a 16 inch rim, which the tire place would fit onto my car. Mark sold me the rim for $35, u had the tire place install it with a new tires and I was back on the road, thanks to Mark and the helpful staff at John's Auto Parts.

Great people & best service/results. Have 1999 Chrysler Sebring convertible Limited Edition (jxi). Has very limited edition speedometer cluster with white dial faces. Had been searching for used speedometer cluster/head 2 replace my malfunctioning & unreparable cluster for over 2 yrs. Believe me took it 2 a renowned speedometer repair shop in Atlanta the owner/technician of which used to work 4 Chrysler repairing their speedometers nationally. He fixed it once, but broke again & could not be repaired. I tried finding used one through several international parts supplies, junk yards etc. Each one searched nationally on there own but could not find one. Was sent wrong part more than once. Anyway, then found John's Auto Parts, Bunnell, FL. It was not just that they found the correct part, but they sent me their cell number to text back and forth to facilitate communication. Even responded friendily to texts after hours/wknds when they were closed. Never seen nicer people. 5 Star

Purchased an engine and it was shipped to the wrong address, I called the person I made the order with MARK and after he looked at the paperwork's he said it was a mistake from there end but he still DON'T CARE and don't want to do anything about it, I was surprised at the lack of professionalism and rudeness and how stubborn this person is, I had to file a dispute charges with my bank. do your self a favor and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!

I have been buying new and used auto parts from John's Auto Parts of Bunnell since 1996 and I have never had a negative thing to say about them. The people in the office offer exceptional care to their customers and do what it takes to find the part you need if they do not have it there. I absolutely love shopping at John's Auto Parts of Bunnell!
