Joe's Appliance

I had a repair work order built thru whirlpool for my washing machine in which they went thru Joe's App. in which I in turn called Joe's up and he asked me what is wrong with it, I told him it doesn't spin right on the spin cycle and I told him I had a blanket in it and the washer would go unbalanced and the first thing he said is so you tore up the washer with a blanket, I replied no this blanket has been thru several times and it wasn't even my heavy blanket after he laughed it off he called later that week and said he has to order parts before he could come out and it wouldn't be this Friday but next Friday as he only goes to my area once a week. When he arrived two weeks later he was at my home for 45 minutes and said washer is fixed and left. I wasn't there but my wife was and the first load she put in would not complete because of spin cycle and when I called him up and let him know and asked him to come back he said he wouldnt today it would be next Friday. don't use this guy
