I will NEVER shop here again. The sales person lied. I specifically stated I don't want to purchase if the delivery crew doesn't wear shoe covers. She assured me and put it in my invoice. Needless to say when the crew arrived he tells me they can't. The crew was professional. I called back to the store and the store manager Jeff feeds me a load of crap. Well some companies will wear them. THEN THAT'S WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN CONVEYED. NOT A GUARANTEE THAT THEY WILL.

The Sales person lied to me from start to finish. Time we walked into the store he told us he could have my furniture delivered before we moved. Which wasn't something he could do. But showed us on the computer he could have it to us on the 12th of November. When the 12th was getting close and we had not heard from anyone we called and was told he never said that. I had donated our old furniture because I thought it would be ok to go a couple of days at our new house without furniture. When I called to speak with the manager he was rude and unwilling to help at all! I asked for his full name so I could call customer service he told me he doesn't give out his last name. What kind of manager doesn't give out his name? Finally got customer service who told me to go to the store near me. Which I did and was told he didn't know why they told me to come there. So once again I was forced to call customer service who said I had to deal with the original store. Which was what I was trying to avoid. But I called them and told them I just wanted to go with a different set so I could have furniture. He was still very rude. But I finally got most of my furniture. So I was ok with that. Then I get the bill.. I was told in the store my payments would be $35.00 a month. When I received my bill my payments were $100.00 a month. Thankfully I was able to pay it off in full and not have to deal with the higher payments. This store is full of liars and snakes never deal with them unless you get every word in writing!
