Countryside Village of Lake Lanier

Countryside of Lake Lanier is awful. I lived there for a year, and it was the worse mistakeI have ever made. The very firsr day we mkved it, we saw roaches, had a huge hole in our door, our carpets were stained up, and tile was missing in the kitchen. We were told all of this would be fixed, over a year later, none of it has been touched. We went an entire week with our AC not working in the middle of July. The office staff is not organzied and are very rude. We usually paid our rent a week early, and would end up getting an "eviction" paper because they would put it in their system wrong. The gates NEVER work, and the lawn service you pay for is horrendous. My grass was never cut evenly, and it was knee high near my mailbox and all around the house. Do NOT make the same mistake we did, don't move there.

Please do not move here= In 2011 I moved into Countryside of Lake Lanier and it took me two years to sell my home and get out of this horrible place to live. The management lies and takes money from you and gives you paper receipts that do not match up to there computer records. They do not enter it in the computer when you give them rent and print you a receipt, like the corporate office says they should but Sun homes must not care what they employ They will not fix any issues even when calling the front office or corporate office. Make sure to getting everything in Writing and pay attention and read everything before signing and the Property manager Ms,Hood is not a professional, and has to much drama with other residents too. Everyone's water bill is based on what they want to charge you no way just I used 10,000 gallons in one month, A Plumbing Service came out and checked for leaks, I had none . We did our own lawn care and were still charged for that too. The security gates never worked.. Do Not Move here- Do not move here Spend your hard earned money on a place that is a pleasure to come home too

DON'T MOVE HERE I MADE THE MISTAKE AND IM HERE TO SAVE PEOPLE TO MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.

WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EVER!!!! wONT RETURN CALLS!!! WONT FIX ISSUES IN PROPERTY!!! YOU GET CHARGED 25 DOLLARS A MONTH OF LAWN CARE AND THEY DO IT ONCE A YEAR



AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST
