I would highly recommend Georgia Leisure to anyone looking for a company who is honest and a down right pleasure to deal with. I had made the mistake of ordering a pool table over the internet that took 3 months in getting it delivered. I had guests renting my vacation home and arriving the next day expecting to play pool with their family and my pool table was in boxes in my garage delivered just the day before. Both Tony and Tom literally bent over backwards to accommodate me in installing the pool table, within 24 hrs they were at my home and on a Friday of a holiday weekend no less. They were willing to bring any extra parts, railings, etc. to avoid any unforeseen problems that would prevent them from getting the job done. They even switched out the color of my felt for the table because the website I ordered it from was limited on the color selections and Georgia Leisure gave me the color I had really wanted! They were in and out and left no sign that they were even there accept for the beautiful standing assembled pool table that my guests played on that very evening and knew no different that hours before it had just been put together. Now that's service!!! I feel really guilty!! I wish I had ordered my table directly from Georgia Leisure to begin with. So if I by writing this review I've encouraged you to buy directly from them instead of making the same mistake I did, then I won't feel so bad and you will have made a great decision. The boys at Georgia Leisure run their business with good ole fashion standards. So if you, your friends or family are looking to buy a pool table, go to Georgia Leisure. If it's your enemy looking to buy, tell them you heard you can get a great deal on the internet!!!
I truly am a regular customer that really appreciates great customer service. If you are looking for a hot tub this is the business to support! After an EXTENSIVE search of more than 8 spa and pool dealers and almost a month of research in person and on the web, we purchased our Marquis Spa from Georgia Leisure. It was a low pressure, very informative and most comfortable business we visited. One of our main concerns was, "service after the sale". We live quite a distance from Georgia Leisure and was concerned that it might be a problem with delivery and/or service. A couple of the businesses that we visited did not service the hot tubs they sold and could not name specifically the company that did service in our area. This was a VERY big component of our purchase. "Georgia Leisure services what they sell!", this is what we were told by Tony, one of the owners. Well, to finish, I want to say this is ENTIRELY true!!! We had only had our hot tub one week and experienced a slight problem. We were not familiar enough with the components to correctly diagnose it as serious or not. Georgia Leisure sent a technician the SAME day we called. Jason, was very professional, diagnosed and corrected our problem within 15 minutes of being at our house! AWESOME! We have phoned and spoke to Tony on several occassions regarding chemicals, general questions, additional accessories etc... He has answered all of our questions and has exceeded our expectations. All in all, I want to say that we are very appreciative of the fact that there really is "TRUE and HONEST" businesses in the spa industry! Our hats are off to you guys at Georgia Leisure!
Georgia Leisure I Outdoor Living-The Greatest!!! After researching all name brand and local Spa dealers for about a month or two I visited the Buford store and Lisa showed me what I thought My Wife and I was asking for in the price range that we had established. I like the look of the store and the way Lisa was knowledgable about their products. After a couple of months and getting the deck prepared for the new Spa it was time for a wet test. I called up Lisa to set it up on a Saturday since the one we chose was not normally filled and ready. Tony had everything ready when we arrived and we proceeded to try it out with Tony explaining all the features. My Wife and I was not satisfied with the Jet action. Lisa Recommended that Tony show us the Marquis that was one that was filled and ready to test. After trying this one out there was no doubt in our mind that it was the one for us. We decided on the Maquis Epic complete package. Since we were on vacation we asked if it would be possible to get one that was in stock and installed while we were at the lake. Tony had one on the floor and was able to schedule installation the next Friday. The electrician was there Thursday and installed the electrical and Jason and his crew was there Friday to install fill and get it up and running. We were enjoying our new Spa Friday Nite, Saturday, and Sunday Afternoon. Could not be happier with our purchase, From what we have read we will have a long and enjoyable relationship with Georgia Leisure.
