Tim Horton's

I frequently visit this location during the week and I usually don't have a bad experience. But today a young lady was unprofessional ,un-sanitary and she lied. I ordered a coffee & bagel (with light butter), after I was told the total, I asked if there was a combo. she said no, I looked at the menu on the wall & saw that there was one. I pointed it out to her, she said oh you have to order a side. I said umm ok, a combo. But, the total she gave me was different from what was displayed on the menu, I asked her why. She said "because the prices had changed but we didn't change our signs yet". I told her well that's not the customer issue I want to pay what it says. She went to talk to another associate, as the woman walked towards me, the young lady went into the case& grabbed my doughnut with her bare hand & threw it in a bag. I told her I don't want it & that I saw her grab it with her bare hand! she said she hadn't. The manager claimed that the price was different because I didn't get a "classic" bagel. It doesn't say anywhere on the menu that you have to order a classic. Fine. I told her to give me a new doughnut she asked why, I said I told you why! she said the girl wouldn't do that, I said well she did!!! I got my coffee, it was cold & the bagel was drenched in butter!! They've lost a customer because of those two people!

Usual morning spot for coffee but Three days in a row the coffee has been horrible!!! it tastes like water- I called to notify they kindly said I can come in and get a complimentary coffee however I am out of the way at this point so no help to me- I do not want a free coffee I would like it to be done right.

Terrible! My donuts were stale and the clerks were pleasant but untrained. When I travel back to Buffalo, always look forward to Tims. On 11/29/09, there were three young ladies standing around, not one seemed to be proficient at her job. The one that eventually ended up waiting on me was chomping on gum throughout the transaction.She picked up each donut with a napkin, pinching each donut as if she did not want to pick it up at all. This should have been my indicator to walk away. I bought only one dozen of donuts whereas I usually buy at least 2-3 dozen along with lots of bagels and cream cheese, to share with all of my Buffalonian friends in Charlotte. My one dozen had one soft donut in the batch. My favorite sour cream, which I bought the most of, were hard on the inside and out as if they sat in the case overnight (The sign boasts 24 hours). I am so glad I did not buy my usual large quantities. I hope this was a bad day for the location and not the norm.
