Tile Pharmacy

I'm a third generation patron of this family-owned pharmacy and I will NEVER give my business to any other pharmacy as long as I'm living in WNY. I now live in Black Rock and I still drive out of my way to get my scripts filled at Tile. I've tried other big-name pharmacies for convenience, cost and location and had nothing but headaches and nightmare situations...those people don't care about you. They only care about your hard-earned money. The Rutowski family has been taking care of the community for years and they truly do care about us. They remember every single one of their clients and their families; every time I come in, Joe or one of his girls asks how my mom is doing or how my ex wife is (we are still good friends!) and if a new medication slides past the counter, they notice immediately and don't let me leave without educating me first. They are sensitive and kind.

This is the very best pharmacy that I have ever dealt with. Family-owned & operated, they really do treat every customer like their own family. They find the best prices for all medications, compound if necessary and even deliver~~~~old-time hospitality with up-to-date pharmaceutical knowledge.
I pass MANY other (larger) pharmacies on my way to Tile Pharmacy because I love all of the above about this treasure on Cleveland Drive!

If only you told the truth in this review .
We bent over backwards for you in dealing you not only you but your adjustor as well .
Your adjustor left you hanging . When we contacted your adjustor we were informed that the prescriber would not be covered .
When this was finally resolved, and the
prescription was filled and waiting for you We contacted you and informed you of this . You never came in to pick up the prescription. It was not until after our second call that you decided to pick the prescription up... 9 days later . Please get your facts correct before posting trash talk

I'm just finishing a surgical procedure and have been having all sorts of issues receiving my prescription from Tile pharmacy. After contacting my lawyer as well as the no fault adjuster I found out it was Tile pharmacy holding the whole process up. Very unprofessional. I'd never recommend this pharmacy to family or friends
