When walking into the restaurant, Russell stands there in a suit and shows no kind demeanor nor expresses any gratitude whatsoever for choosing to dine there. As for my experience even though we had a reservation for a 7:00pm time we had to wait 20-30 minutes to be seated and regardless of the amount of time we waited, when I'd address him to see about the remaining wait time, he'd respond in an irritated and condescending manner. When we finally got to our table, the waiter did not make eye-contact with us. When we ordered, we never saw him again until our food arrived. As for the staff in the restaraunt the servers were all miserable, had an abrasive attitude, and made it clear through their mannerisms and interactions with you that they hated their jobs and hated being there. When our food arrived, I got the steak a la russell, and my lady companion got the half range chicken, the food was cooked to perfection. I mean absolutely impeccable and melted in your mouth. Sadly, even after our food arrived, he never checked on us to make sure everything was acceptable. He was very smug in his interactions with us. I couldn't find it in myself to give him a tip after the way we were treated And the deserts were to die for, my lady got the raspberry sorbet and I got the cheesecake, and it was unbelieveable.Such a shame, perfect food and unfriendly and unwelcoming staff.
