The technician was professional, polite and assessed the plumbing problems I was having quickly. He gave a full estimate before he began any work. Once I signed off he efficiently fixed the issue I was having and was done within the time he stated. He was also extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. 5 stars all the way!!! Would call for this technician/pro again.

Once I signed off he efficiently fixed the two issues I was having and was done within 45 minutes. My only negative experience would be the promptness, my window was between 10am-12pm, Roto-Rooter called me at 11am to inform me the technician was still at other jobs and that they would call me 30 minutes prior to the technician’s arrival. I received a call at 2:45pm and the technician showed up at 3:16pm. I work from home so it wasn’t a super big issue but this could be quite problematic if you only had a short window to be home for the repair.

Excellent job done by James. He was prompt and very helpful. He let me know that what was needed in order to have long term success with our plumbing issue.

Bob did a good job. Tidy and told me information to help keep my drains clear. He arrived in time and cleaned up after himself and wore those orange plastic shoes to protect my floors.i

Gary was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and overall did a great job. He persevered until everything was just the way I wanted it to be. I am a return customer many times over and will continue to call Roto-Rooter when needed.

We FINALLY got the problem resolved! The people were very friendly and very professional and they were quick to get here.
What's not to love about this company?

We had a plugged kitchen (double) sink drain. Of course, it plugged up on a Friday night. After my attempts to clear the drain, I waited until Monday morning and called Roto-Rooter. They said someone would be there within an hour. They were right! Frank showed up and was very professional. Although I was initially surprised that he quoted me $300 to clear the drain, I really need it fixed and I knew I couldn't do it. It took him two attempts and he concluded that the clog was much further down the drain pipe that I ever could have reached with my amateur efforts. But he cleared it, cleaned up and referred me to a $40 coupon on line that I printed out. Frank said there is a 6 month guarantee as well. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

Matt was very professional. He asked what we needed done today. Explained step by step what he would be doing.Gave us the price and asked if it was ok to complete the job.. I was so impressed by his work ethic. Top notch work.. Great job !!!

Since tons of people had flooding problems, the time to get here was a bit long. However, the 2 gentlemen who put in a new pump, and scheduled a cleaning, plus called and arranged all with the insurance company, I was more than pleased. I would recommend them to anyone.

The technician came in under an hour, was very to the point and courteous. I felt like he explained everything well and didn't waste any time. Everything was fixed and under a half an hour, even when he had to leave for a second to get a new cap for the trap. Saved my basement on Sunday, July 2nd!

We had a very clogged drain and we called Roto-Rooter on a Sunday. Jim M. was there in a couple of hours. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and was able to fix the problem. He also gave us the quote upfront so we knew what to expect. I will definitely call them again if we need them!

We had a block in our main line, it was a Sunday, it was a disaster...and then we called Roto-Rooter's Cheektowaga location (after we called another plumber who wanted to charge us $99 just to come out) and they made everything whole again in our world, quickly, efficiently, and at a good price. We are so glad we called roto-rooter, it was a great experience...you know, if you have to have a plumbing experience. :) We will definitely call them again the next time our kids throw their junk down the drain and block our line.

Had a flooding problem and they were there quickly to help out. Have called them every time we need to get roots out of the system. Definitely recommended!

Professional, Arrived on time, friendly. We'd called at 3am due to sump pump issues and got an appointment for later that morning. Chad H. was our technician and he was very knowledgeable and courteous. Would DEFINITELY recommend to anyone!
