Always impressed
I am always thoroughly impressed with this place. You know, I'm not even a huge seafood lover. I seriously just eat here for the nice atmosphere (and the biscuits!). I also really love their Caesar salad and their specialty margarita! Above all, though, the people who wrok here are extrememly friendly. Everyone you walk past either greets you or says good-bye--reallly!! All in all A fantastic dining experience EVERY TIME.

Just a quick not to say that I love Red Lobster's new wood fire grill. I had the steak and it was soooo good. Also, love the coconut shrimp, and the wait staff at Mckinley was a pleasure, as always.

But, after the last round of extremely poor service - I am calling it quits for this location. It took 20 minutes to get drinks after being seated, although various servers kept stopping by to say that they were not our server... but someone would be over shortly. When our server finally came over, he wanted to tell us all about how poorly the place is managed... WOW!! Quite an interesting dining experience. I believe we will think long and hard about returning to this Seafood Institution. - To be fair, the food was good.
