        We had a house inspected recently (that we would like to buy) and Marty was wonderful. He went on to the roof (which some inspectors don't do) and found multiple problems that are not visible from the ground. We walked with him through the house and he was very thorough: looking in cabinets, checking all faucets, going into sealed crawl spaces, etc. He talked to us about everything as he saw it and explained all sorts of things. We received a hard copy of the report when we left the house that day, along with a digital copy of the report the very next day (including pictures). He is slightly more expensive than others (around $40 more), but WELL worth it! I highly recommend M.L.A. Home Inspection!
