        Best steak in western NY

        Waitresses were great. Management gave us free appetizers because they thought we had been sitting too long without drinks and talked with us for quite sometime. Never have been disappointed. Best steaks I've ever had.

        went in and asked how many and was told 15 to 20 min wait, went to sit down and can see 6 tables without any people at them and no one at bar tables. after 10 min a younger couple comes in and got same questions and told same time. after about 5 more minutes two couples in mid to late 20's came in same questions and times. another 5 mins and the two couples get a table, another couple walks in. another 3 mins and the first couple gets seated about 2 mins later the last couple gets seated and yes me and my wife still waiting. I ask the girl how much longer and she tells me a few minutes, we were next and we are at a 30 min wait so far, I stated about the others who got a table who came in after us and we sit. her answer was " they called ahead" . all the time we sat there never saw anyone take a phone call and she never said anything to these people about them calling nor did any of the people say they called. and yes tables are still empty but we still have a few minutes. in my twenties I didn't care when I sat aslong as it was done the right way, now in my forties I see over and over different places having kids sit kids or people there own age and older people taking a back seat. i'm not looking for anything cause of my age but to sit people who came in after and all in there 20's and make the old people sit when they were there first then lie about it cause you don't care. just wrong. with open tables everyone should have been sat without waiting, less running her fingers threw her hair and complaining to her fellow workers how tired she was and wishes the day was over would have been nice. if I could give a quarter star I would. big mistake going here. road house treats people better and if a table is open you get a seat.
