I have taken my Bichon To Jacquelines Dog Salon for over 8 years now , I can not express how wonderful Jackie is and her stafff, they treat you and your animal with the out most respect and treat all dogs like they are her own. I have even had Jackie doggie sit my Bichon on several occasions and would highly recommend her for any of your grooming needs for your pets.
She loves all animals that walk into her salon and knows each and every ones name, what their likes and dislikes are! She truly is the best at grooming, bathing and keeping up on personal care for dogs.
Jackie is a very loving, caring, giving women! You are the best!!!!

Jacqueline's Dog Salon is one of the most cleanliest salons around. Jackie has close to 30 years of experience and it shows. She is the best groomer in Western New York without a doubt. I wouldn't trust any other groomer with my animals. Here you don't get any pet smart type of grooming. Her grooms look like show quality dogs. Her business is very accommodating and you don't have to wait weeks to make an appointment. This is the only grooming salon I would recommend to anyone!!!

Jackie is great! I have a Yorkie/Maltese mix named Zoe and she loves going to Jackie's. We live right down the street so that makes it easy for Zoe to visit often - even if she is not being groomed that day. When Zoe is there to be groomed, she always comes home looking cuter than ever. Jackie is great with all the dogs and their owners. I like that the dogs are not kept in crates unless they have to be - most of the dogs can be out in the open and socialize with eachother. Zoe loves to play with all her dog friends at Jackie's. I just can't say enough nice things about her and her salon. Make your appointment today - she books up quickly!!!
