The place is cozy the tea and hand message is a great gesture but the woman ago did my hair messed it up! I had dark brown hair and wanted a very light red after picking my color she tried pitying dye over dye and I had dark red hair with bright red roots. She told me after washing it it will fade. I payed almost $100 for this after washing my hair and having hot roots I had to do my hair myself two times before I fixed if on my own. The manager never called me back after 2 calls very dissapointed and will never go back!

I've never written a review but had to step in when I saw a couple of the reviews. I've been to this salon many times over the years and have friends that are regulars also. In no way is this place dirty... it is an exceptionally clean, professional, friendly and spa-like atmosphere. They always ask if they can get you anything, (their tea is DELICIOUS) and are very warm and accommodating. Maybe some people came in when they themselves were having a bad day, but I've had nothing but pleasant experiences here REPEATEDLY over the course of 4 years. And p.s. to the girl who said she went for a color while she is admittedly ""broke"" (especially when saying she ""even left a tip"")... you should probably go to Super Cuts :)

I have been a client at this salon for several services. On a positive note, one of their hair stylists, Maria P., is excellent. Aside from Maria P., however, I must say that I will NEVER go to this salon again. Upon entering the salon, you are met (I cannot even say ""greeted"") by rude front desk staff who appear more interested in discussing their personal lives than assisting clients. The salon is dirty and it was noted that flies were buzzing around and a cockroach was on the floor. When I mentioned these sightings, I was told non-chalantly that the flies were a result of the food court nearby (?). The person doing my nail service was rude, impersonal (had NO people skills), and appeared as though she hated her job. She also complained about her work schedule, boss, and life in general. The water for the pedicure burned my skin and when I advised the technician of this, I was told I must be ""too sensitive."" The person who did my facial had horrible breath!
On top of all of this, the prices for ALL of the services are outrageous - VERY overpriced. I have received better service in a hair salon national chain verses this so called SPA OF HORRORS. Oh, and by the way, the girl at the front desk kept my credit card and then blamed me after I had to return to retrieve it. NEVER AN APOLOGY for the inconvenience she caused! The manager of this spa needs some serious training for herself and her staff in customer service and cleanliness/hygiene. I would highly recommend staying away from SALON DYSPHORIA. I wish I didn't have to rate it with ONE STAR as that is too generous a rating for this substandard, dirty place.

I stumbled upon Euphoria after my son and I missed a flight in Buffalo. We ended up with a 4 hour delay and headed to the mall to kill time. We both were frazzled from missing our 6 a.m. flight so we stopped by the salon to get a haircut and met Heidi..
She gave us both the ABSOLUTE BEST haircuts and style we have ever had. I was shocked and wished I had a ""before and after"" shot of both of us. From that day, back in 2007, i have been hooked on Euphoria and WILL NOT go anyplace else.
I have also had the opportunity to have Jenna and Anestasia handle my hair. They were equally as talented and as professional as Heidi! I have never had such trust in a salon or the staff as I do at Euphoria.
Prices: are worth it. I used to go have a haircut about every 6 weeks because of the crap cuts and styles that I got other places. At Euphoria, the color, cut and style last making it cost not much more then the crappy cuts I got elsewhere.
I highly recommend Euphoria and tell all my friends and family about where i get my haircuts everytime they comment about how great my hair looks. I can't imagine going anyplace else and cringe at the thought of EVER loosing such a great salon. Please don't ever close, leave, or stop doing what you do because I don't know where I would be without the euphoria I get when i visit Euphoria!!!!

I went for a full color only after telling the stylist I am broke and cannot afford to cut my hair right now only color it she colored my hair. I went to pay for it and it turned out to be $93.00!! I assumed she put something special in my hair seeing as it was only $55.00 for a full color. I even gave her a tip. As soon as I walked outside y mom said the top of my hair was red and the bottom was dark. I was just going to let it go because I am passive like that. I got home and I looked at my receipt I realized she charged me $28.00 for a style! I was mad because before she started blow drying my hair I directly told her I am going right home to sleep DO NOT BOTHER STYLING MY HAIR. She blew my hair dry and that was it. I called to complain and the person answering the phone said a blow dry is a style! $28.00 to blow dry my hair...not even round brushing! How else would I see the color if she didnt blow dry my hair?I am pissed but swallowed the fact I wasted more money! I washed my hair in color protectant shampoo and what happened? The whole bottom of my hair washed out all of the color! I will never go back..De Beradinis is owned by the same person assuming with the same service standards! If you go and dont want to get screwed over tell them dont blow dry your hair and no other services will be needed ..she tried to get me for a hand massage thank god I said no or I would have been charged for that too!

i recieved a gift cirtificate from a family member for euphoria in the walden galleria mall. from the moment i walked in to the time i left looking & feeling like a million bucks i had a plesant & relaxing time. it was my first time using avada productswitch i loved! the reception girls welcomed me & offered my aveda tea, & my stylist was prompt & friendly, i felt welcomed rite away. i had color , hilites, a hair cut & a style!!! I LOVE MY HAIR!!!!!! i would just like the staff at euphoria to know what a wonderful job there doing! ""KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK EUPHORIA""

DON'T GO TO EUPHORIA!!!! I had the WORST experience at Euphoria, and I know friends who had similar terrible experiences. I arrived promptly for my appointment. However, I was forced to wait 50 minutes! It wasn't until I approached the service desk after a 50 minute wait that I was finally noticed. I had an appointment with a so-called experienced stylist. However, it was her assistant who ended up coloring my hair. Yet, I was charged the excessive experienced stylist's rate. My hair color turned out terrible. It was far darker than I wanted. It was streaky. It had red and orange streaks throughout it. And, the bottom part of my hair was far lighter than the top! I brought this up to the stylist and she simply told me to wash it a few times and it would lighten. Then, she proceeded to ""style"" my hair. This consisted of flipping my hair upside down, not putting any product into my curly hair and making my hair frizzier than it has ever been before. I was charged an extra $30 for this so-called style! It cost me $95 total for this awful color and style. I was never told there would be an additional charge for the style. I was so upset when I left the salon that I had to purchase a headband to attempt to tame my frizzy hair. I called to complain as soon as I arrived home and the receptionist would not allow me to speak to a manager. I called back every day for five days before a manager returned my calls. The manager was rude and refused to give me my money back even though I had to then go to a different salon to have my hair re-done. Euphoria essentially stole $95 from me!
