Belmont management,Broadway st. Buffalo,ny. If anyone wants to talk HORRible,Lets tal Chittenango housing lp,managed by Belmont. They Have a Imbasal,managing their Bolivar apts. in Chittenango NY, I have had a improper working refrigerator for 8MONTHS! Sheila Melzer lied,not only to Rural Development,but to the Congressman,in our area!. I wrote everyone,congressman,rural Development,Washington,Site manager says"I never wrote a work order" Duh!,her and Belmont management,,Thought process,of a repair"Giving me a Refrigerator thermometor and recording the Temps!! that I did and reported the findings back!! NOTHING DONE I have lost thousands and continue to lose food,because fridge is reading between 32F to 50F! that is not the correct temp. for Food. Apartment owners and management companies,are SLUM LORDS,and all they want is their money,harass you,threaten you, and Lie.



Horrible. Manager Cindy tries to keep deposit from everyone, as much as possible. She waits for you to move out to "find" things wrong with your apartment. When you ask her questions on the phone about what needs to be done in order to get your deposit back, she pretends to care, and then when time comes to get your deposit back, she becomes extremely rude and agitated. DO NOT rent from this place. If i had seen all of this bad reviews, I would see it as a warning myself. There are so many places out there in Buffalo- where you would not have to deal with such horrible management.



I lived at the north forest apartments in Buffalo, NY. The manager, Cindy Kadish Rice is not the best person to negotiate problems with. This woman will smile and say yes when you're signing the lease but when it comes to closing the lease, she will find her ways of keeping most/all of your deposit! Don't trust this woman and don't rent, there are better places!

Also, the vents that bring the heat/ac into the rooms aren't working effectively and needs to be fixed ASAP..

Do not use this Management Com...

Do not use this Management Company. They currently manage our residential homeowners association. They are a complete nightmare. They have no regaurd for the wants/needs of the actual homeowners and they make issues out of nothing. Hopefully finding another management company to replace them ASAP! Beware of this company and the nighmare of employees they have.

Beware! This will be your worst nightmare. Bugs, thugs, drugs, abuse, poor or no maintainence if any. Sceaming & rude, nasty comments from a Nurse Rachett Sr. Property Manager.
Why they're getting away with what they're doing to these poor Seniors is a crime. Is there no lawyer to help these poor people who got trapped there?

Good luck on getting anything repaired and don't even bother asking for the apartment to be cleaned &/or painted-what you see when you look at the place is exactly what you get!
Clover Management might as well team up with BMHA (the people that run the projects), considering that is what it is like living in their properties! They probably have more crime & drugs in their units than the entire city of Buffalo!!!
After obeying all of their rules & lease stipulations, I am still waiting for my security deposit to be returned-I guess they're above the law, too, considering that your deposit is to be refunded (with interest) within 30 days of vacating the premises...Everytime I call, I get a different story from these people and am about to call an attorney...Wonder if their next excuse will be that they needed to use the deposit to pay for legal representation?

All Belmont/Hud section 8 tenants are not bad. Also are rent is not paid for, but a portion I am on Social Security and would not be able to survive without their assistance. My rent is never late either and I don't bother my neighbors, and keep my apartment nice inside and out to the best of my ability not that my neighbors or the Landlord do the same. I thought that considering the amount of the rent and being on Transit Road near French I would have a better class of neighbors and better class of Landlord. However, this is just the beginning of a mini ghetto and a glorified slumlord. Don't rent from Cloverleaf management they are rude and substandard. My roof is currently leaking and was told"" place a bucket underneath they are all leaking. We'll get to it eventually'. Well isn't that lovely is that before or after the ceiling comes crashing through?

If I could give 0 stars I would. I live in one of their properties and it is HORRIBLE. I can never get a hold of my land lady. I will leave her messages that she will not respond to. I called their base office after weeks of not being able to get a hold of my land lady and asked them about where the hell she was. Next thing I know my land lady is calling me and being EXTREMELY rude to me and accusing me of never leaving messages when I did. They also send maintenance to do nothing. Not only did she tell me that I was a liar who doesn't leave messages (which is completely false) but she said that she had sent maintenance but they didn't find anything wrong!! How about my toilets chain is made of Duct Tape because me and my boyfriend were desperate and we had to fix it ourselves. But duct tape doesn't last that long in a toilet so we were fixing it a few times a week. DO NOT LIVE IN THEIR APARTMENTS. You will be overpaying and the people who work for the company will treat you like crap!

Poor customer service

I have found myself in a major, life altering, financial crisis. My husband and I are renting, and he became very ill suddenly now in a nursing facility. My income has been literally cut in half. I have to move as I can no longer afford the rent of $782 a month. I pleaded my case to Clover Management, but no deal. They will not let me out of breaking the lease without the fee of $1738 dollars!! Yes, they said they would set up a payment option, but their minimum amount is more than I can pay. The lease says no breaking ""under any circumstance"".......however, I did not plan this, I didn't want this and I'm desperate. They are heartless, cold and unsympathetic. I have lived in their property for five years, have never been late or missed rent. I am going to go public with this information.

Rude staff

I am renting an apartment at one of their properties and I have had a problem there. But, when I called the office, the person that I spoke to was rude and unhelpful.
