Founded in 1986, Carrabba's Italian Grill is a chain of restaurants that specializes in handmade Italian dishes. Based in Buffalo, N.Y., it operates more than 50 restaurants worldwide. The restaurant's menu includes crispy calamari, chicken marsala, tender filets, along with a variety of pasta dishes, handmade pizzas, seafood, meats and homemade sauces. Carrabba's Italian Grill also serves a special children's menu that includes pasta, chicken fingers and kid-size pizza. Additionally, it provides catering facilities that include family carry out menu, buffet set-up and various other event support articles.

Wow what a terrific experience my family and I had at Carrabba's last night. Their food is spectacular and the atmosphere is very very nice.
The wait staff was friendly and the owner even stopped by our table to make sure all was well.
I highly recommend this restaurant for families and/or dates! -
Nice atmosphere and terrific food!
I was amazed at what an incredible atmosphere Carrabbas has and the menu to match. The drinks are a little over priced but the food makes it all worth while. They have a wonderful selection of sides that my friends and I love to share on girl's night. It's a great place to have fun with friends

Love it. My daughter and I go at least once a month. Never had anything that we didn't absolutely love. One time sat right in front of the pizza oven and got to watch the chef prepare pizzas. She asked those of us seated what we like on our pizzas, made a couple and served them to us in sample sizes on the house. I commented how good the desserts looked - guess what, we got a taste of those too. Service is exceptional, decor and ambiance pretty nice. One of our favorite dinner spots.

My daughter just resently moved to amherst .we where very hungry and saw this rest and said lets try it .\r we had the most delious meal ever i had the mussels for an appt they where AWSOM.i had the veal fran for main course and she had a chicken dish they where both so good .we just loved it there i can,t wait to go back .our server was so nice and attendive.the manager came over and asked how we liked it what could you say it was wonderful.I have worked in fine dinning for oh so many years and i will tell you this is a place to go

This restaurant is nothing more than a dressed up olive garden,it tastes as if all the food is premade and the sauce comes from a jar. I was dissapointed in the resaurant in general the building itself was nice but that doesn't make up for the poor quality food.
