Love love love this spa! I get my hair done by Dan and my laser hair removal done by Nicole. They are awesome! When you walk in the door you don't feel like you are in Buffalo..I recommend it to anyone who wants an amazing experience

This is such a beautiful place...so peaceful and calming and the staff couldn't be nicer. LOVE LOVE LOVE it there! The staff is professional but warm, sincere and kind and the services are amazing! They make you feel so welcome the minute you walk in the door. I can't wait to go back!

Not everything it seems, i had a pedicure done last week, and listened to girls gossip and whisper the entire time. Too bad too cuz the salon is pretty. i lived in chicago and moved here for business so i thought id try it there, but i guess ill keep looking.

I can't tell you how happy I am to have found this place! So far I've done just about anything, spray tan, massage, laser treatments, pedi, and got my hair highligthed and cut! All of these services were amazing and done with much care and consideration! I think the problems at the front desk have been solved, because they are always so courteous, and have warm greetings everytime. I just love this place, and the food they get for their lunches for us is so incredibly delicious. I know they have only been open for a short amount of time, but they have that feeling like they are very established. Thanks Blu, you definitely have won me over!

The staff is great but getting through the front desk to see them is horrible. Twice I have had an appointment and showed up there only to be told I wasn't in the schedule. One of those times they called me the day before to remind me. The last time I called and requested someone, I showed up and they had scheduled me with someone else. My service was terrible and when it was over I saw the person I requested and she said she didn't have anyone and could have taken me. I have also left tips for the girls and they never received them. The last time and final time I went there (about a month ago) the girl at the front who was checking me out was having a personal conversation on her cell phone while she cashed me out. For the amount of money I spend there I should at least get treated with some respect. The services are great I have had mani/pedi waxes and massages although I can't deal with the deplorable customer service.

Modern and chic spa and salon. I have curly hair and have never really been pleased with how it has been cut in the past. I have tried everywhere. Finally, I made an appointment with Sonia at Blu. She did an amazing job, I haven't been happier with my hair. My search is over!

The best experience I could have asked for and at a reasonable price. From the moment you walk through the doors you feel relaxed and are welcomed by the staff. I have been to other salons/spas in the area and I have to say this one is the best. It is all about pleasing the customer and making her/him feel comfortable and welcome. The staff are professional and sincere, not snobby. I would recommend this salon/spa to everyone! Amber is an excellent stylist and listened to exactly what I wanted. Brandy is the best esthetician I have been to. Hope everyone checks it out.
