Monday afternoon @ around 2:30p I attempted to place an order for the coveted Bailey Seafood catfish. I was greeted by an automatic answering device that told me to please hold someone will be with me shortly to take my order. I was on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and promptly called back at which time I was greeted by the same answering device and placed on hold again this time for 14 minutes.
I feel that customer service should be of the upmost importance for a restaurant espcially one that has been supported by the community for years. I was very dissapointed due to the fact that i was unable to speak to anyone personally but most importantly i was unable to place an order .
we are very sorry for that inconvience on that monday when no one picked up the phone, but for the last two in a half years the business has been closed on the last Monday & Tuesday of each month, so please please call again and good hot tasty fish is waiting for you.
