It's 2016 and the Enterprise at 2643 Delaware Ave. Buffalo NY continues to be awesome. Some of the people has changed but the quality of service hasn't. I love the way they greet me when they pick me up and when I walk through their doors, they make me feel like family. I think they spoil me sometimes the way they go out of the way to make sure I'm pleased with the vehicle choice they made for me, if I'm not they just simply change it. I enjoy the weekend specials and the free upgrades. Most of my family rent from Enterprise. They love the pick up and drop off service. My sister in Florida can't get around that well due to serious car accident so having to go pick up a rental is difficult unless she catch a cab so Enterprise saves her money in more then one way by picking her up and returning her home safely. Thank you Enterprise. Keep being the best. See you guys on Delaware Ave. real soon. S. F.-T.
I have rented from this location several times and the service is great. Some of the staff has changed in the past few years, but everyone is always very helpful, friendly and efficient. I don't think I have ever spent more than 10 minutes to pick-up or return a car. They always find my reservation right away (unlike at other locations!) and they always have at least two cars for me to choose from, as opposed to just giving me one. I used to live around the corner from this location, which is why I first rented from them. I recently moved across town and am actually less than 5 minutes from another Enterprise, as well as a Budget. After shoddy service at those places, I truly do not mind going the extra 15 minutes to get to this Delaware Avenue location. The service is fantastic and I always feel valued and welcomed as a customer.
I rent from Enterprise Rent-A-Car (Economy or Compact class) all the time, but this was my first time flying in and out of Buffalo, NY. The weather while I was there (Mon, 2/9 through Fri, 2/13) was frigid and the driving conditions were dangerous. The Enterprise team pointed out to me the advantages associated with driving a heavier car on the slushed-filled, ice laden roads of Buffalo and offered me a Premium vehicle at an Intermediate vehicle rate. The additional $15 per day I paid to ensure my safety on the hazardous roads was well worth the price. Enterprise...Thank you for putting safety first!!
