I want to give a huge SHOUT OUT to Lourie Bruner and Jerry and Brad in the service department.. ~*~ Jerry got my car in -even though the day was packed full- he made time for my car to be serviced - he was very informative.. and told me that he would let the service department know what was going on.. and that I was travelling 2 hours to get there.. he was not working that day, but assured me that I would have no problems and if I did they could call him. ~*~ Lourie checked me in the day I got there and was friendly.. fun and kept me in the loop on what was going on with my car.. ~*~and last but not least... Brad was the tech that was diagnosing my car while it was in the shop to figure out why my dash lights were on.. he called me to ask questions because of the codes that were coming up which helped him pinpoint the problem and determine what steps he needed to take to fix it. he traced it back to a fuse-which had to be ordered.. but they put me in a loaner car until the part came in and it could be installed.. and further diagnosing could be done - if needed... luckily it wasn't needed! Thank you Brad for taking such good care of my speed racer and diagnosing it. Thank you all again for all your help .. I hope that I do not need service on a regular basis.. but if I do.. I know who I am going to be calling to make my appointment and who to ask for to assist me! Thank you again Lia Honda Williamsville.
What a wonderful car buying experience. We recently purchased a Honda Odyssey for our growing family and were treated so kindly by everyone at Lia, but most especially by Shawn Martin. Shawn was welcoming and so helpful throughout this process. We have two young children and could not get over how family friendly this dealership is. The kids playroom was a much needed relief while waiting for our financing to go through, not to mention the free ice cream!! Not sure who liked it more my husband or my son! We were able to leave the same day with our new van and absolutely love it! We will definitely be returning to Lia for all of our future car needs! Thanks again to Shawn!!
Descent service & mechanics. When making an appointment, always ask how long it's going to take. I've learned that just because I've made an appointment doesn't mean my car is going to be done anytime soon. Schedule an appointment once to repair a leaky tire. All it needed was a plug. It took them over 2 hours just to patch it. The reason it took them so long is because they were very short staffed that day. Otherwise it would have been done in 20 to 30 minutes, which is average to patch a tire.
