Buena Park Pawn

Just stopped by to check this shop out. I love going to different pawn shops and this one didn't disappoint. I chatted with the manager about the Pawn Stars show on TV and he was very cool to talk to. I didn't realize they had two sides to the store and when I walked to the other side I was astonished to see all of the guitars they had. They even had some high end boutique and vintage amps in stock which was a shock to me considering it's a pawnshop. All in all it was the cleanest pawn shop I've been to and they have the coolest staff and inventory. Once my golf game gets better I'll be back for one of those Scotty Camerons!

Rude girl working there. Apperantly she is the owners daughter. Came across as a miserable human being. The shop is clean and offered me a great price. But I don't know if I will be a returning customer because of the poor customer service and rude behavior.

Ive been to many pawnshop in the surrounding area and this one is by far the cleanest, and the people there are way nicer than other spots. They dont have clutter all over the floor like some shops ive been to. I always get greeted when i walk in and most of the employees smile. They have all kinds of cool things from power tools to guitars, jewelry, movies, turntables, cameras...etc. in quick reference to the ipod caller... pawnshops dont do buisness over the phone. Ive learned that. All in all, great shop.

I had pawned my gold jewelry here and some how a very valuable sentamental diamond tennis bracelet came up missing when I went to pick it up. They had all my other jewelry, but not my bracelet. And who ever is responsable had covered their tracks good bcz they said they have no record of it being there. And I had pawned all my jewelry together. They had verbaly attacked me, 3 against 1. And I would never trust them & their unproffesionalism was absolutly unbeleivable. DO NOT pawn any valuable nor sentamental items of yours at this location!!

I have been going to pawn shops for a while and this is the first place that has payed me alot for my gold. They were very cool and I will be going there again for more loans. The shop is very clean compared to other shops in the area. They also had alot of jewelry and guitars for sale. Great business!

These guys had a generator listed on craigslist. I went in and they ended up giving me a very good price. I have been there a couple of times and they have great prices and the guys that work there are really cool. I would definitely recommend them!

I recently called to see what i can get my ipod touch for. its a 16gig and new cost 299. i was trying to get at least 100 for it. the guy had the nerve to offer me 35 for it. thats b%#@!&*%t. dont waste your call. there unfair and wana rip you off. your better off selling it on craigslist.
