I rode with co-workers to pick up lunch. They opted for chinese food in the mall, but I called in my order for a Polish Boy with "the works" (coleslaw, french fries and sauce). We dropped them off at the nearby mall, then went to pick up my sandwich and came back to the mall. While waiting for them to come out, I started to eat my sandwich. Well, needless to say I almost got mugged on my way back to the office by my co-workers. The aroma filled the entire car. I was almost finished with my sandwich by the time we returned to the office. "We're being tortured by your polish boy sandwich- so we're going to have polish boys for lunch tomorrow because your sandwich looked and smelled soooo good!" I'll probably do the same again myself....keep up the good work.....J. Crockett
The food is great and the sauce was spectacular. However, they forgot my polish-boy and they were quite rude when I called back to make them aware. The female who answered the phone did not listen and was too focused on explaining that they didnt except call-in orders for carry out. She abrubtly hung up on me. This happened twice. I did recieve my polish boy about a week later..but since my name was not written on some board..I had to wait until the gentleman I spoke with was working again. UNREAL! I did get the polish boy i paid for later.
It has been about eight years that I moved from Fujian, China to Ohio. I have been searching for a restaurant that serves my home land food. I moved here because of work and sometimes I'm homesick. But, I went to Wonton Gourmet and I was very impressed by the quality of the food and service. The food brought back memory's. It feels that I never left Hong Kong funny but true. I live in Hudson and work in Cleveland, so I will be back soon.
