        Disappointing experience that costs $200 for the privilege of seeing a plastic surgeon here for a 25 minute consult; then you have to wait a week for them to email you your 'estimate' - not even on UPenn letterhead either. Difficult to get through by phone as well - aggravating! All around an unprofessional office in many aspects.
