Happy Hound

I made an "early" appointment. 11 o'clock. They were just grooming my 8lbs dog at 4 o'clock. What's the point of an appointment if it's going to take all day. That being said, they did a fantastic job on my dog, and followed my request to the letter.

Best groomers in the world! Ever...

Customer service was good. My shihtzu's haircut was pretty mediocre. I could've gotten the same thing done anywhere else without my dog sitting somewhere that was very obviously like a conveyor belt for dog grooming. No personal attention whatsoever. Just too many dogs. Don't expect fabulous work from these people. They move so many dogs thru that place there's no way it can be a nice experience for them.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! They are rude, there's WAY too many dogs in such a tiny place. It's filthy and stinks. There's no way I'll ever make my dog stay there again. His haircut looked like a 10 yr old cut it. They acted like they knew exactly what they were doing but instead just hacked my dog up. I'll have to pay someone else to fix it now!

They did an amazing job on my two long-haired dogs, and very reasonable (much lower priced than PetCo). Such sweet employees, and very friendly and helpful. My dogs and I love this place.

I will never go back to this place!!! The employees are rude and hung up on me! They caused my dog to have an allergic reaction because of the dip they used without my permission!! Awful customer service and awful care for my pet!!
