Tangles

I have very straight hair, and asked for someone who could cut straight hair STRAIGHT. After Chris cut and cut and cut (without pulling up the top layers first) I ended up with very butchered hair. There are multiple choppy layers, with the layers underneath 2 inches longer than the layers on top, and the right side even choppier than the left. I'm now going to have to pay someone else to try to fix this mess (because they don't offer refunds), and will end up with even shorter hair (about 4 inches off total) than I've EVER had in my life. Tangles salon smells like sewer, the equipment is old and dirty, the towels are frayed, with holes and STAINS all over them. The combs aren't cleaned, and the workers are very unprofessional. Unless you are 80 years old and don't care about what's done to your hair, or if you end up with Hepatitis from the equipment, RUN FAR AWAY!
