        Getting what you ordered is hit or miss. But the worst is the carhops just walking off after you have paid them and not giving your change. It is usually just a penny but the correct thing to do is at least attempt to give it to the customer. I always tip after I have paid. But I am not going to give a tip when they blatantly don't give me my change back.
