Dirty Al's Seafood Market & Cajun Kitchen

To start off high, our waiter was the best (I even tipped him twice as much as I ever do) and the manager was great in helping out (not stuck in an office like most). The atmosphere was nice, well decorated place, but after 3 weeks since their opening and three attempts since then to get in under 30 minutes with the anticipation to have real seafood, Well, that's where DA fell very short. Contrary to the excess of business keeping you from getting you in the place, it's real obvious they are have to dish out alot of fish at once, so it came out overdone and you can tell it's being stacked in a pile, because of how soggy and floppy it is. Should be golden and crispy. Now, would I ever go back, sure, but not anytime soon. Maybe when the "new" wears off a bit more more and can get in sooner than 5 minutes it may be worth the wait. The orders will be farther apart and more attention can be paid to each individual order. Dont feel too bad, though, it's done to kids all over in overcrowded schools. The teachers can only do what they can under the circumstances.
