With a fleet of radiodispatched vehicles from our Broomall headquarters, we strive to provide our customers prompt, professional service in the plumbing, heating and cooling fields. We are dedicated to complete customer satisfaction. Our offices are staffed and open weekdays from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm, and on Saturday we are here from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. In the event of an emergency, we are always available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We quote a price before proceeding with any work. We charge by the job, not by the hour and all work is guaranteed. Operating a dependable service business requires organization, competent management, and professional technical skills.         Will never hire again. Estimated 5-7 days for shower reno, took 15 days over the course of 6 weeks. 4 "scheduling problems", 3 times didn't have the tile they needed, neglected to schedule the subcontractor to come out for the door, and the final slap in the face was when we came back from vacation to find that they used a different color tile on the trim that clashes with what's already there (with no explanation as to why they didn't consult us, or at least notify us before the big shocker when we got home). Been complaining to them weekly about the communication problems during this job, and they refused to make it right. They insist that "this never happens" and how sorry they are, but guess who's paying full price? Maybe they're better with leaks and such, I don't know, but they certainly don't care about my family or their customers' experience. Extremely stressful.
