same crappy job - i have to clean what they dont and do my windows again
im going to the one down the street from now on.

I got "The Works," which was not worth the $23.95 that I paid. This package includes "all windows and mirrors" and "interior dusted and wiped down," and neither was done. My interiors were still dusty and sticky; the inside of the windshield was not cleaned and neither was the rear view mirror. Now I have to take care of all those things myself, which is what I paid to avoid.

I requested one other thing to be done but I was told that could not happen because they were too busy. I was OK with this but I expected that they would at least do everything listed in "The Works" package. The exterior didn't even look that great so I'm not sure what was done to my car.

Just had my car washed and waxed here and am so impressed by the great service ! I would definitely recommend and I will go back again.Thanks guys! Deborah W.

Dave, I am sorry you had this experience. We rarely ever get complaints. On the contrary we get great feedback. Yes it takes a little longer at our car wash because we wash cars by hand. We are not a gas station car wash with brushes. We actually clean the car and take great pride in our job and if a customer happens to point something out we fix it immediately. All of our customers are repeat customers. Please feel free to stop by and we will fix this problem for you. Sorry but I cannot recommend. Took a very long time. Still had bugs on front and windshield. Streaky windows and dirt still on mats. I paid 20 for this?!

Found this on the internet with good reviews, and I agree with them. After a trip up north in early March, new Buick was a mess from salt, etc. Fantastic job!

Awesome hand car wash. Lived seeing my little red Mercedes shine for the first time in months!!! Make sure you ask about wax cause it's all done by hand and it's a great value!!!

I'm very picky when it comes to my car. When I found out that this was a hand car wash, I was amazed!! The owner and his employees are very nice and did what it took to make me happy. Also the wax service was awesome!!! Shiny and smooth like it supposed to be. Thanks for your business :-)

Finally, a car wash that gets it right! They are very friendly, great hand car wash but it's different. They are fast and even though it's a hand car wash it goes through a car wash tunnel. Never seen anything like that. They have free coffee, popcorn, loyalty program, gift certificates, and super friendly. You guys definitely have a customer for life.

I got my car washed and waxed here, the service was remarkable and the end result was fantastic. And the best part its all done by hand. It's the place to go in Brooksville to get your car washed.
