I work right up the street, I order the same three drinks every day between 2-4pm. I like mine extra light. I HAVE NEVER been questioned and the drinks are always right. Today, I went through an inquisition & a lesson & told that I DO NOT know how to order my drink properly. The poor woman at the window was mortified & apologized for the way I was spoken to. I called & spoke to CODY who said he was the manager, & all he could say was he would "speak to the woman". I WILL NEVER step foot in that store AGAIN!
BAD SHAKES HIGH PRICE GO NEXT DOOR TO CHICK-FIL-A INSTEAD BECAUSE CHICK-FIL-A SHAKES ARE THE BOMB!!!!!!! THATS WHERE I USUALLY GO BUT THEY WERE CLOSED TODAY FOR CONSTRUCTION. UNFORTUNATELY I WENT TO DD AND THEY MADE ME A SHAKE THAT COST ALMOST $4.00 FOR A SM AND IT DID NOT TASTE LIKE THE FLAVOR I ORDERED. DD LACKS QUALITY AT THIS PLACE FOR SOME REASON.

Management here follows policy well, but they cannot always be around to enforce it if an employee decides to charge you twice for the same item sold because the first time it was made was incorrect. I have been a loyal customer mainly to this branch of DD, so i come here often, about 2-6 times any given week. 1/08/2012 is the last visit I will have made to DD all together because I was charged for a mistake the cashier made. I was given a latte that tasted like syrup (oh did it ever), milk, and mostly water. So When I took the time to explain the drink I was given not only was missing an ingredient, but did not taste like a latte, she explained to me i was probably confused, offered to put more syrup in the drink that already had too much syrup and after a request to remake it she charged me a second time so I paid over $6.00 for a small latte. Which at the moment did not peak too much irration until on my way home I sipped it and it tasted like syrup and milk and water. No coffee taste at all.
If you have an issue take it up with management. That is what i should have done to begin with. They enforce the policy and won't charge you twice for a mistake made by an employee.
For goodness sake, $6.00 for a small latte to a regular customer. Didn't catch her name, but she is overweight, probably late 30's, has burnt redish blond hair, and is short with her communication. Not one to say have a good day, or hi. Maybe I caught her at a bad time, or maybe she had better things to think about than doing her job correctly and getting mad at a customer for wanting what they paid for. And of course I was polite. No good deed goes unpunished.
