Subpar customer service. Recommend using Summit Imaging instead. Wasted my time going there and they were not prepared to do my scheduled texting.

MY dad 92 yo waited 2 hours 7/22 for MRI, we complained they said it was 45 minutes to fill paperwork and 30 min to obtain blue cross/medicare info , we were ignored when went up to desk to complain about wait and laughed at when we asked for clerks name, the staff is qualified for Macdonalds not a doctors office, rude , unprofessional and uncaring.3 other patients there complained about the long wait as well. you don't have to have someone waiting to see if you need pre approval, that should be done BEFORE the patient gets there to tell them not to come, my dad has medicare/blue cross and was MD ordered did not need approval , totally incompetent, they need to hire people who have some medical credentials and pay them 5 dollars an hour more you hire cheap, you get cheap and that is the situation here. But medicare and blue cross pays plenty. My dad was too tired and frustrated so after 2 hours he left without the test. That is one bill they won't be able to charge for, I am a physician assistant and I am furious at the treatment or LACK OF TREATMENT my dad received

the experience that i have had with Advance imaging has been really good, they are very patient, the staff is very meticulous, and professional, the bathrooms are clean and the offices as well.
